​Innovative Ag Services (IAS) is a full-service agricultural cooperative serving over 5,000 members across more than 30 locations in northeast and central Iowa, as well as southwestern Wisconsin. Established in 2005 through a series of mergers and acquisitions, IAS has built upon a legacy dating back to 1969. The cooperative offers a comprehensive range of services in grain, agronomy, feed, and energy, aiming to meet the diverse needs of its member-owners. In the grain sector, IAS provides extensive marketing and logistical support to farmers managing operations ranging from 80 to 20,000 acres. The cooperative boasts over 56 million bushels of storage capacity and operates one of the largest company-owned hopper fleets in the Midwest. IAS markets grain through various channels, including river terminals for export, feed mills, rail delivery points, soy crushing plants, and ethanol markets such as the Pine Lake Corn Processors Ethanol Plant in Steamboat Rock, which it owns. Additionally, IAS has shuttle loaders on major rail lines, facilitating access to destinations throughout North America, including the Pacific Northwest and Gulf export terminals.
